Prior to joining T.P Mazembe, the 27-year-old Atte was at West Africa Football Academy in Ghana.
He played his first match for the Ghanain side in 2018 against Asante Kotoko and after that featured in 14 matches.
Atte became the first choice right back at (WAFA) for all the time he was in Ghana making 65 appearances and scoring two goals.
After leaving WAFA, he joined Legon Cities for a brief stint in 2022 making just eight starts and scoring one goal.
It was while at Legon that the Democratic Republic of Congo giants came calling with an attractive offer.
He joined T.P Mazembe at the beginning of 2022. He joined months after the club had won the national league title but were eliminated from the first round of the CAF Champions League.
At the international level, Atte received his maiden call up to the Togo national team three years ago making his debut against Kenya in a 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier which the Togolese lost 2-1.
