HISTORY:
Tout Puissant Mazembe popularly known as TP Mazembe is a Congolese club based in Lubumbashi. It was originally established by Benedictine monks in 1939 who gave it the name Saint Georges FC.
Homeground – TP Mazembe play their home matches at the 18,500 seater Stade TP Mazembe in the heart of Lubumbashi.
Honors-
Local: They have been champions of Congo a record 19 times. They have also won the Congo Cup five times and the DR Congo Super Cup three times which remains another record.
Continental – T.P Mazembe have won the Champions League five times, the Confederations Cup twice, the CAF Super Cup three times and the Africa Cup Winners Cup once.
International – They were runners-up in the Fifa Club Word Cup in 2010.
